FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How will I know if my order is shipped?
    After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. Once you order is processed, you will receive another email from us saying that your order is on the way and it will include tracking information. A friendly reminder that if it is extra hot or extra cold, try to minimize the amount of time your package is left outside. We do our best to protect the candles from weather, but leaving them outside in 80+ degree weather is never recommended!
  • What if I never receive my order?
    Oh no! Sometimes things happen in the shipping process and packages get lost. Please reach out to us at lindsey.sabb@gmail.com and we will make it right.
  • What if my candle is broken when I receive it?
    Due to the fragile nature of our candles, sometimes they do break in transit. Please reach out to us right away at soulscentscandleco@gmail.com and let us know the damage occurred. We will get a replacement sent out right away!
